VOW Retail deals directly with every major manufacturer in the office supplies industry. We have a group stockholding of £40 million across 25,000 products, housed in over 830,000 sq ft of state-of-the-art warehouse facilities. These centres are strategically located throughout the UK and Ireland, giving us the ability to provide an unrivalled service on a next-day delivery basis.
The VOW Retail stock management process and systems in place enable reliable scheduled deliveries to customer distribution centres nationwide. Our 25,000 SKU group-stocked range is accessible via a flexible fleet network across our two UK super-hubs.
To truly personalise our service, we operate a tailored Tote delivery service whereby customers can be selective about the needs of their stores based on actual sales, rather than having to choose specific case quantities. With 7,000 line picks per day, our Tote system and back-haul arrangements remove all the headaches from stock control.
